From a medium size company 1000+ employees, activating in automotive industry, CMI received a request to provide support in defining the company’s strategy for the next five years, in alignment with the existing Mission and Vision, and in defining strategic projects that lead towards achieving the strategic objectives.

Implementation

Defining the strategy is a key element of success. Therefore, defining the strategy and disseminating the indicators within the organization is necessary to steer the organization in the desired direction, ensuring employee commitment and involvement.

In line with this, CMI has agreed with the client to implement the Operational Balanced Scorecard (OBSC) methodology, within a unique and tailored approach to aligning the company’s strategy with its needs. From a systemic perspective and with appropriate engagement, it supports the company’s continuous improvement efforts.

The project consisted in breaking down these targets at the departmental, process, team, sub-team, and individual levels, so that each individual and group of individuals, through their daily activities, contribute to achieving the overall goals defined at the factory level.
